As if the cone wasn't bad enough

I had to wear the crazy cone for a few days, and my mom was nice enough to trust me not to do too much damage to my surgical area, and she removed it for me.

Then a few days later, I was released from that big black jungle gym looking thing that mom/dad call a crate, and was having a grand old time running around w/ my brothers. It was like the good 'ol kitty days.. MEEEow! :)

Then all of a sudden, my right leg started bothering me again. As much as I tried to hide my discomfort, Dad noticed me limping around... Oh no.....

Off to the scary place I go again... The woman who mom/dad call the Vet -- I've nicknamed her "The mean lady" -- and I'm not friendly with and I growl my fiercest kitty roar, but I don't think she scares easily.

Mean lady was grabbing, and tipping me sideways, and twisting my hurt leg and doing all kinds of moves on me. I was clearly uncomfortable, so the mean lady takes me out back and next thing ya know, I wake up all groggy and sick to my belly and I had a big blue cast on my right leg. Ugggggggggggggggg Me and My Big Blue Cast!

Angry, is a kitty understatement to describe how I felt! I was meowing kitty furious.
I was brought home and put back in the jungle gym again. Dad/Mom try to make it cozy by putting little furry mice toys, and blankets, when really all I want is to run and play with string toys (my favorite!). Sometimes my brother Lil B and my biggest brother Bob come and do crate visits to keep my company, which I love!

So finally the cast has been removed and I'm feeling a bit better, but honestly, my right leg is still bothering me a bit.

I'm not letting Mom/Dad know 'cause I refuse to go see The Mean Lady Again!
Wish me luck with my recovery!!!
